The views stretch across the Ionian Sea towards Kaparelli Island and the Albanian mountains, while the charming harbour and village of Kassiopi are just a short walk away.

Atolikos House sleeps up to six guests across three beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
One of the things that makes the property distinctive is its Venetian-inspired tower, which houses two of the bedrooms. With traditional beamed ceilings, carefully chosen furnishings, and an abundance of natural light, the villa has a character that feels very much in keeping with Corfu's architectural heritage, while offering all the comforts of a contemporary home.
The main living area is spacious and open-plan, with seven French windows connecting the interior to the surrounding terraces. A traditional Corfiot fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere during the cooler months, making this a villa that can be enjoyed beyond the height of summer.

The swimming pool measures approximately 10 by 5 metres, with a surrounding terrace for relaxing in the sun. The landscaped gardens feel natural rather than overly manicured, with olive trees, cypresses, pomegranates, and native Mediterranean vegetation set among beautiful rock formations.
From the pool terrace, stone steps lead down towards a shared jetty, also used by the neighbouring Cassiopeia property.
It's a wonderful spot for swimming in the sea or mooring a small boat or tender, subject to the property's arrangements. With the water so close and the sound of the waves below, there's a lovely feeling of being on a boat without ever leaving the comfort of your own villa.
