The second building also has two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. Downstairs, you'll find a living room with two sofa beds, a separate WC, and a kitchen.

Both buildings are furnished in a simple, comfortable style, with an emphasis on functionality and a relaxed holiday atmosphere.

The combination of separate kitchens and living areas is a real advantage for groups who want to spend time together without having to share every part of their daily routine.

For me, the outdoor spaces are one of the strongest features of Villa Kirvas.

The property offers a private swimming pool and a separate children's pool, giving guests the choice between swimming, relaxing by the water, or letting younger family members enjoy their own dedicated pool.

Pool heating is available on request, with at least one week's notice and an additional daily charge.

Around the pools, shaded terraces, comfortable sun loungers, and wooden decking create plenty of space to unwind. The natural grass garden adds to the relaxed atmosphere, while four verandas and three pergolas provide shaded areas throughout the property.

There's also a ping-pong table, a hammock, and several outdoor seating areas, making it easy for everyone to find their own favourite spot.

I particularly like the idea of ending a beach day with a barbecue, with everyone gathered around the table and the sea just a few steps away.
Comfort and Practical Amenities
Both buildings are equipped with kitchens featuring ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators with large freezer compartments, and espresso capsule machines, along with the utensils needed for everyday cooking.

The bedrooms include quality mattresses and pillows, wardrobes, bedside tables, and dressing tables. Hairdryers, irons, and ironing boards are also provided.

Other facilities include a 43-inch LED television, DVD player, washing machine, and private parking.

Housekeeping is provided twice a week, including changes of towels and bed linen. Daily cleaning can also be arranged upon request.

For me, Villa Kirvas is particularly well suited to families or groups who want to spend most of their holiday outdoors, with the beach right in front of them and plenty of room for everyone.

The two-building layout is a real advantage when travelling with several families, while the separate children's pool, protected playground, kayaks, and outdoor games provide plenty to keep younger guests entertained.

I also like that the property offers so many different places to relax, from shaded pergolas and garden seating to the private beach area and pool terraces.
