The ground floor has an open-plan layout, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room. It's a warm, welcoming space that opens onto the outdoors, making it easy to move between the villa and the terrace throughout the day.
There's also a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on this level, offering a convenient option for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
Outside, a generous terrace features a lounge area and an al fresco dining space. It's the kind of setting where breakfast naturally turns into a long morning, with the sea breeze and coastal views setting the mood.
First Floor | Space, Privacy and Sea Views
Upstairs, a spacious landing with a sofa bed provides an additional place to relax and extra sleeping flexibility.
On either side are two en-suite bedrooms, both opening onto a large terrace that stretches across the floor. With comfortable outdoor seating and uninterrupted sea views, this is a lovely place to start the morning with a coffee or enjoy the last light of the day.
The layout works particularly well for families or friends travelling together, offering separate bedroom spaces while keeping everyone under one roof.

From the main terrace, steps lead down to a cosy seating area, perfect for reading, taking a quiet break, or enjoying a drink as the sun sets.
Continue down and you'll find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a shaded dining area. It's an ideal setup for relaxed summer meals, especially when you want to spend the whole day outside.
At the lowest level, the infinity pool takes centre stage, surrounded by sun loungers and beautiful views towards the Ionian Sea.
And with the beach right there, you can easily alternate between a swim in the sea and an afternoon by the pool without having to go anywhere else.
