Designed for up to six guests, Noùs feels intimate and considered, with open living spaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a beautiful heated infinity pool that makes the sea feel like an extension of the house.

Inside, Noùs has a calm, sophisticated atmosphere, with natural materials, carefully chosen furnishings, and generous windows that bring the surrounding landscape into every living space.
The interiors feel modern without being overly formal, creating a home that is as comfortable as it is beautiful.
With approximately 155 sqm of living space, the villa has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of its setting. The sea remains a constant presence, whether you're relaxing indoors, enjoying breakfast, or moving between the living spaces and the terrace.
The Bedrooms | A Private Retreat for Six
Noùs accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms, with four bathrooms in total.
The layout makes it particularly appealing for a family or a small group of friends who want to share a beautiful villa without compromising on comfort or privacy.
