Located near the picturesque village of Fiskardo in Kefalonia, this elegant stone villa combines contemporary architecture with traditional island character. Surrounded by the island's beautiful natural landscape, it offers a peaceful setting, generous outdoor spaces, and a lovely sense of privacy.
What I particularly like about Villa Avra is the way it brings together understated luxury and a relaxed holiday atmosphere. It's a property designed for spending quality time together while still allowing everyone to enjoy their own space.

Villa Avra is designed to accommodate larger families or groups of friends, with generous living spaces and a layout that offers a good balance between togetherness and privacy.
The accommodation includes a master suite, attached to the main villa but with its own separate entrance, as well as two additional spacious double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.
There are also generous living areas, a fully equipped main kitchen, and an additional kitchenette.
The property is equipped with high-end appliances and everything needed for a comfortable stay, including coffee and espresso machines, a juicer, blender, toaster, and all the everyday kitchen essentials.

Additional evening visits and laundry services are available at no extra charge.
Nanny services can also be arranged for two to three hours per day, for an additional fee.
