Villa Carpea is set close to Barbati's long white-pebble beach, one of the most attractive stretches of coastline on Corfu's north-east side.

For me, one of the biggest advantages of this location is the balance it offers. You can spend the day swimming and relaxing by the sea, explore the coastline by boat, or head inland to discover traditional villages and the slopes of Mount Pantokrator.
Corfu Town is also within driving distance, making it easy to combine peaceful beach days with evenings exploring the island's historic streets, restaurants, and cafés.
A car is useful for discovering more of Corfu, although the nearby beach and local amenities make it easy to enjoy the immediate surroundings too.
