The first floor of the main house is entirely given over to a luxurious suite, comprising a romantic double bedroom with fireplace, a walk-in wardrobe, a sitting area, a sumptuous en-suite shower room and a fabulously panoramic shaded terrace looking out to sea. The ground floor of the main house is given over to both living and sleeping areas. To one end are two bedrooms, a double and twin sharing a shower room. Both have access to shady panoramic terraces. The lower level of the residence features a serene double bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in closet, along with a spacious play room with TV, a refined mini bar, and an inviting library room, all thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, privacy and leisurely moments.

Caelia Villa accommodates stays in two different layouts the Main Villa (up to 8 guests) or the Full Estate, including both the Main Villa and the Guest House (up to 14 guests).
April 25 – June 13 Available as either the Main Villa only or the Full Estate.
June 14 – August 28 Available exclusively as the Full Estate.
August 29 – October 16 Available as either the Main Villa only or the Full Estate.
When a booking refers exclusively to the main villa during the low season, the guest maintains full access to all exterior shared areas: the main pool, the guest house pool, all outdoor lounge spaces, the exterior dining area, as well as the kitchen, living room and the shared bathroom of the guest house.
The remaining guest house rooms will not be in use during this period, as they are not included in the rental, and will therefore stay gently closed throughout the guests’ stay.
