Located in Lygia, on the beautiful island of Lefkada, Villa Kassandra is a welcoming retreat for families or friends looking for privacy, comfort, and space to enjoy their time together.
With 168 m² of indoor living space, the villa is spread across three levels, combining comfortable interiors with a private pool, a garden shaded by olive trees, and lovely views of the surrounding area.
What makes it particularly appealing is the balance between shared spaces and little corners of privacy, allowing everyone to enjoy the holiday in their own way.

Villa Kassandra accommodates up to six guests, with the possibility of an additional person sleeping on the sofa.
The lower level offers something a little different from the usual villa setup. Alongside a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, there's a dedicated entertainment area with a home cinema, PlayStation, and a private sauna.
It's an ideal space for teenagers or anyone who enjoys having their own place to unwind, watch a film, or spend a few hours away from the rest of the group. Being partially underground, this level also stays naturally cooler.
The main level is where everyone comes together. The open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room create a comfortable setting for relaxed mornings, shared meals, and evenings spent indoors.
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your own meals, while the living area offers a Smart TV and a wireless speaker. This floor also features a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the garden, as well as an additional bathroom and laundry facilities.
