Located just steps from the golden sands of Skala Beach in Kefalonia, this spacious villa combines beautiful sea views, generous living areas, and a relaxed beachfront setting. With room for up to 16 guests, it's a wonderful option for large families or groups of friends looking to spend time together while still enjoying their own space.
What I particularly like about this villa is the way it's laid out. Spread across three interconnected levels, it offers a sense of privacy for everyone, with shared spaces where the whole group can come together.
Three Levels, Plenty of Space
The villa is thoughtfully arranged across three levels, each offering a slightly different experience.
The Ground Level | Space to Relax and Have Fun
The ground level is divided into two spacious, air-conditioned suite apartments. Each has two double bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen with an island, a comfortable sitting area with a TV, and en-suite bathrooms.
It's a practical arrangement for families or couples travelling together, giving everyone a little independence while remaining part of the same group.
There's also a dedicated games area with a pool table and table tennis, as well as a separate en-suite room for the live-in staff.
Outside, the infinity pool is the perfect spot to cool off, enjoy the sunshine, and take in the beautiful sea views.
