What I love about this estate is the combination of clean, modern architecture, open sea views, and the feeling of space and privacy. The villas have a minimal, understated design, with bright interiors, natural materials, and large terraces that make the most of their beautiful setting by the Aegean.
Together, the two villas offer seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, making the estate a wonderful option for larger families, multi-generational holidays, or groups of friends travelling together.

Each villa is designed to feel bright, comfortable, and connected to the outdoors, with living spaces arranged over two levels.
Both feature two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, giving everyone room to spread out and enjoy the house at their own pace. The bedrooms are peaceful and inviting, with garden or sea views, while the modern bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens make the villas as practical as they are beautiful.
For added comfort, the villas have a Daikin VRV cooling system and high-speed Starlink internet.
