Angular Villa is a beautiful two bedroom retreat in the heart of F Topia Villas, where contemporary design meets the authentic charm of a traditional Ionian island home. Set in the peaceful surroundings of Fiskardo, the villa offers 90 m² of indoor living space and a private 90 m² outdoor area, designed to make the most of the natural light, sea views, and relaxed rhythm of island life.
From the moment you step inside, the villa feels warm and inviting. Handmade plaster walls, a striking four meter high wooden ceiling, and elegant French style windows create a wonderful sense of space, allowing sunlight and the summer breeze to flow naturally throughout the interiors.
The Living Space
The open plan living area combines understated elegance with thoughtful design. At its heart is a fully equipped kitchen finished in smoked cognac wood, paired with a sculptural cement dining table and original Danish design walnut chairs. A comfortable sofa with a daybed, carefully selected lighting, and contemporary furnishings create a relaxed setting for slow mornings and easy evenings at home.
The villa's interiors reflect a considered approach to design, with natural textures, warm tones, and distinctive pieces from renowned furniture and lighting brands.
The Bedrooms
Angular Villa accommodates up to four guests in two beautifully designed en suite bedrooms. Both bedrooms are filled with natural light and offer lovely sea views, with direct access to the poolside patio.
Each bedroom features a king size bed that can be configured as twin beds upon request, open wardrobes, and a walnut desk. The bathrooms are finished in soft, natural tones and feature spacious walk in showers, creating a calm and comfortable space to unwind.
Outdoor Living
The outdoor area is where Angular Villa truly comes into its own.
A private 3 x 9 metre swimming pool overlooks the sea, surrounded by a beautifully designed patio that blends cement finishes with the original curved stone wall of the property's historic threshing circle. This distinctive architectural feature creates a natural sense of enclosure and provides welcome shade during the afternoon.
The outdoor dining area sits close to the kitchen, making long lunches and relaxed dinners effortless. Nearby, a contemporary lounge corner with a generous pouf and comfortable seating offers the perfect place to enjoy the view, settle into a good book, or simply do nothing at all.
