Designed for up to four guests, this elegant 100 m² villa combines contemporary interiors with a private swimming pool and beautiful sea views, creating a peaceful setting for a holiday with family or friends.
What I love about this kind of villa is its simplicity. Everything you need is there, the spaces feel comfortable and inviting, and there's plenty of room to enjoy your own little corner of the Mediterranean.

Inside, the villa features a bright living room, two separate bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers.
The design is minimal and understated, with natural light and carefully considered details creating a relaxed atmosphere. The open living and dining areas make it easy to spend time together, while the fully equipped kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare breakfast, enjoy a leisurely lunch, or have dinner at home.
Air conditioning, soundproofing, a washing machine, and all the everyday essentials make the villa particularly comfortable for longer stays, too.
