A Home Filled with Light and Sea Views
Spread across two levels, Zen House is designed to make the most of its setting, with natural light and views of the sea woven into everyday life.
The interiors are warm and understated, with a relaxed feel that makes it easy to settle in. The kitchen opens onto the living and dining areas, creating a natural space for cooking, sharing meals, or simply sitting together after a day by the sea.
I also love the little touches that make a stay feel more personal. Traditional Greek coffee, locally produced olive oil and honey, and seasonal fruit may be waiting for you on arrival — simple things that bring a little taste of Crete into the experience.
The house is rented exclusively as a whole and accommodates two to six adults. It works just as well for a couple looking for a quiet escape as it does for a family or a small group of friends.
Three Bedrooms Inspired by Nature
On the lower level, three individually designed bedrooms take their names from the natural elements: Water, Air, and Earth.
Each room has a king-size bed dressed in natural linens, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and toiletries made from naturally sourced ingredients. Soft cotton towels, bathrobes, and slippers add to the comfort.
Two of the bedrooms open onto the shared front balcony, while the third offers its own connection to the surrounding landscape.
The overall feeling is calm and uncomplicated, with natural textures and thoughtful details taking precedence over anything overly decorative.
