Villa Gaspar is a lovely choice for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy Paros together, without giving up their privacy.

Set on a generous 4,100 m² plot in Ampelas, near Naousa, the villa sits in an elevated position overlooking Ysterni Bay, with beautiful views of the Aegean and some truly memorable sunsets.

Built in 2017, the property combines contemporary architecture with a relaxed, understated style. What makes it particularly appealing is the way the accommodation is arranged across separate living spaces, allowing everyone to spend time together while still having somewhere of their own to retreat to.
A Home with Space for Everyone
Villa Gaspar offers approximately 300 m² of indoor living space, with six bedrooms across the main house, an independent building, and a separate guest house.

The villa is advertised for groups of up to 16 guests, making it a practical option for larger families or several couples travelling together.

The main house has a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere, with a living room centred around a fireplace, a dining area, and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. It's an easy space for gathering after a day at the beach or enjoying a relaxed evening in.
The Main House | Comfortable and Contemporary
The main house is arranged over three levels.

On the ground floor, the living and dining areas open into a shared space alongside the kitchen. The living room has a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and an integrated sound system.

Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and double vanity, a walk-in closet, and direct access to a balcony with beautiful sea views.

On the lower level, there are two additional bedrooms, including a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom.
The Independent Building | A Little More Privacy
One of my favourite features of Villa Gaspar is the separate building, which offers two additional double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms.

Each room has its own wardrobe and small desk, while direct access to the outdoor seating areas makes this section feel nicely independent from the main house.

I think this arrangement works particularly well for teenagers, older children, or couples travelling together who appreciate having their own space.

The relaxed outdoor seating, with comfortable poufs and beautiful views, adds to the feeling of having a little retreat within the property.
The Guest House | Your Own Private Corner
There is also a separate 40 m² guest house, featuring a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, an en-suite bathroom, and its own kitchenette.

It has a private veranda with a small table and lovely views across the Aegean.

This is another thoughtful detail for larger groups, offering a little more independence and flexibility during the stay.
Outdoor Living | Pool Days and Sunset Evenings
The outdoor areas are where Villa Gaspar really comes into its own.

The 70 m² infinity pool overlooks the surrounding landscape and the sea, with sun loungers, a pool shower, hammocks, and several places to sit back and relax.

There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out during the day, whether that's enjoying a quiet morning by the pool, gathering for a barbecue, or spending a long afternoon together outdoors.

The villa also has a basketball court, which is a fun extra for families with children or anyone who likes to stay active on holiday.

And then there are the sunsets. Thanks to the villa's elevated position, the views are particularly beautiful towards the end of the day, when the light changes across the sea.

Villa Gaspar is located in Ampelas, offering a quieter setting while keeping the main attractions of Paros within easy driving distance.

Naousa: approximately 16 minutes by car
Paros Port: approximately 25 minutes by car
Paros Airport: approximately 36 minutes by car
Aspro Galazio Beach: approximately 5 minutes by car
Tsoukalia Beach: approximately 10 minutes by car

Supermarkets and restaurants are also a short drive away, so having a car is useful for exploring the island and making the most of your stay.

For those who prefer a more effortless holiday, additional services can be arranged, including a private chef, transfers, car or ATV rental, yacht trips, wellness treatments, and grocery pre-stocking.

Daily light housekeeping, a meet-and-greet service, and linen and towel changes twice a week are included in the rental rate.

For me, Villa Gaspar is a particularly good option for a large family or a group of friends who want a relaxed holiday with plenty of room to themselves.

The separate accommodation areas are a real advantage, especially when travelling with different generations or several couples. Everyone can enjoy their own privacy, while the pool, terraces, and shared living spaces bring the group together naturally.
