Some villas are all about the views, others about the pool or the design. This one has something I particularly love: the feeling that everything you need for a really good summer holiday is right there.
Set directly by Lambes Beach, this contemporary, single-level villa combines beautiful sea views, generous outdoor spaces, and a relaxed Mediterranean feel. It's a lovely option for families or a group of friends looking for privacy, comfort, and easy access to the beaches and experiences around Costa Navarino.
What caught my attention is the layout. Everyone has their own space, the living areas open naturally onto the pool and garden, and there's no need to overcomplicate things. Just a beautiful house, the sea nearby, and plenty of room to enjoy being together.
The Villa | Designed for Sharing
The villa features four double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and private terrace. All four bedrooms have the same bed size, making the layout particularly convenient for families or groups travelling together.
I love the fact that the bedrooms are positioned to make the most of the changing light throughout the day. Two face west, offering sunset views, while the other two face east, perfect for those who enjoy waking up with the morning sun.
One of the bedrooms also has an adjoining children's room with bunk beds for two, a thoughtful detail for families travelling with little ones. Two of the bedrooms include dedicated workspaces, which is useful if you need to stay connected while away.
The heart of the house is the open-plan living and dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen and space for eight to dine indoors. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and frame the sea views, while direct access to the terrace makes moving between indoors and outdoors feel effortless.
It's the kind of layout that works beautifully for a shared holiday without everyone having to be in the same place all the time.

For me, this is where the villa really comes into its own.
The freshwater swimming pool measures an impressive 12 by 5 metres, with sun loungers and shaded areas for those afternoons when you want to escape the sun for a while.
The outdoor dining area seats up to ten, and there's an OFYR grill for cooking outdoors. Add built-in seating, comfortable terraces, and an outdoor shower, and you have everything you need for days that revolve around swimming, eating, and simply enjoying the weather.
I can picture breakfast outside, a swim before heading to the beach, and everyone gathering around the grill in the evening while the light slowly fades over the sea.
And with direct access to Lambes Beach, you don't need to organise a whole day out just to enjoy the water. Sometimes, the best plan is to wander down to the beach and see where the day takes you.
The Location | The Best of the Costa Navarino Area
One of the biggest advantages of this property is its beachfront setting and access to the wider Costa Navarino area.
This part of the Peloponnese is a wonderful choice for travellers who enjoy combining time by the sea with a more active holiday. There are opportunities for water sports, boat trips, and exploring the surrounding coastline, alongside the restaurants, leisure facilities, and experiences associated with Costa Navarino.
I'd keep a few days completely free for the beach and pool, then plan a couple of outings for when you feel like exploring.
For families, particularly, I think this balance makes a big difference. You have a comfortable private base to return to, while still having plenty of options when everyone is ready for a change of scenery.

It's especially appealing for families travelling with older children or several families holidaying together, where having enough space makes all the difference.
And then there's that simple pleasure of being able to spend the day between the sea and the pool, come back for a shower, and sit down to dinner together without having to go anywhere.
A little YAMAS moment: The sun is setting, the grill is on, the table is full, and the children are still finding excuses for one more swim. Nobody is checking the time, and nobody is in a hurry to leave the table.
That's the kind of summer evening I would come to Greece for.
