Perched in an elevated position and offering breathtaking views of Scorpios and the surrounding islands of Lefkada, Elegant Villa is a sophisticated stone-built residence that blends beautifully into its natural surroundings.
Ideally located, the villa provides easy access to the charming little port town of Nydri, just a 20-minute walk away.
The villa is also close to the picturesque Pasa pebble beach, located just 800 metres away and easily reached on foot in approximately 20 minutes in the opposite direction from Nydri.
Although the villa is within walking distance of Nydri, we strongly recommend renting a car, as the property is situated uphill and the return journey on foot can be challenging. A car will also give you the freedom to explore the beautiful island of Lefkada at your own pace.
Despite its proximity to Nydri, this eco-friendly villa enjoys a peaceful hillside setting, surrounded by mature olive trees that have been carefully preserved to enhance the gardens and allow the property to blend seamlessly into the surrounding landscape.

Elegant Villa boasts one of the longest private swimming pools on the island, measuring an impressive 15 metres (50 ft) in length, making it ideal for swimming laps.
The pool can also be heated during the cooler months of May and October, allowing guests to enjoy it in greater comfort throughout the season.

The villa features four en-suite bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests.
Each bedroom is elegantly furnished with custom-made solid iroko wood furniture and natural textured fabrics, creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere.
Three of the bathrooms feature walk-in showers, while the fourth offers a comfortable bathtub. All four bathrooms are equipped with powerful rainfall showers.

The ground floor features a bright and beautifully furnished open-plan living area, opening onto a very spacious terrace designed for outdoor dining and relaxation.
The living spaces and terrace have been thoughtfully positioned to make the most of the villa's spectacular panoramic views.
