Inside, No\u00f9s has a calm, sophisticated atmosphere, with natural materials, carefully chosen furnishings, and generous windows that bring the surrounding landscape into every living space.<\/p>\n

The interiors feel modern without being overly formal, creating a home that is as comfortable as it is beautiful.<\/p>\n

With approximately 155 sqm of living space, the villa has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of its setting. The sea remains a constant presence, whether you’re relaxing indoors, enjoying breakfast, or moving between the living spaces and the terrace.<\/p>\n

No\u00f9s accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms, with four bathrooms in total.<\/p>\n

The Location | Above Kalami Bay<\/h3>\n

A rental car is useful for exploring the wider island, although you may find that some days are best spent enjoying the villa itself.<\/p>\n

Why I Love No\u00f9s<\/h3>\n

What I particularly like about No\u00f9s is its balance of design, privacy, and location.<\/p>\n

It’s not an enormous villa designed for entertaining a crowd. Instead, it offers a more intimate experience, where the quality of the interiors, the heated infinity pool, and those panoramic sea views do all the talking.<\/p>\n

The northeast coast is another major attraction, with beautiful beaches, excellent waterfront tavernas, and the option of exploring the coastline by boat.<\/p>\n

A guest who stayed in August 2025 described the experience as exceptional, highlighting the views from the terrace and the combination of beautiful design, comfort, and luxury.<\/p>\n
