The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine with a milk frother, while a second kitchenette on the lower floor adds flexibility for larger families or groups of friends.<\/p>\n

The villa also features a Sonos sound system and reverse-osmosis water filtration in both kitchens.<\/p>\n

Agios Gordios is a charming west coast resort set between lush green hills and a long stretch of golden sand. Its beach extends for approximately 1.5 kilometres, with clear water, sun loungers, beachside tavernas, caf\u00e9s, and relaxed bars.<\/p>\n

The villa is within walking distance of the village centre and beach, although the route downhill means the return walk involves an uphill climb.<\/p>\n

Once there, you can spend the day swimming, enjoying a leisurely lunch by the water, or simply relaxing on the sand.<\/p>\n

There are plenty of places to eat and drink, too. Alo Bar and Ark are good options for lunch or sunset cocktails, while Sebastian’s and Elena’s Taverna are worth considering for dinner.<\/p>\n

For a more relaxed evening, Lemon Tree and Robin’s Nest offer drinks and a little entertainment.<\/p>\n

Corfu Town is approximately 45 minutes away by car or bus, making it possible to combine beach days with an afternoon exploring the island’s historic capital.<\/p>\n

A Holiday Without a Car<\/h3>\n

One particularly useful feature of Sea Villa Descansa is that it’s marketed as a car-free holiday option.<\/p>\n

Unlike more secluded villas elsewhere on the island, this property is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, and well-stocked mini-markets.<\/p>\n

That makes it especially appealing if you’d prefer not to hire a car for the entire stay. You can enjoy a relaxed beach holiday while still having the option of travelling to Corfu Town by bus.<\/p>\n

Do keep in mind that the villa is positioned on a hillside, so the walk back from the beach involves an uphill section.<\/p>\n
