With direct access to the sea approximately 300 metres away on foot, spectacular sunsets, and an extraordinary infinity pool, Villa Feroula is all about space, privacy, and the simple pleasure of being somewhere truly beautiful.<\/p>\n

Villa Feroula offers five bedrooms and generous living spaces, making it an excellent option for families or groups of friends travelling together.<\/p>\n

The architecture is contemporary and minimalist, with concrete and glass creating a striking contrast against the pine-covered hillside and the deep blue sea beyond.<\/p>\n

There’s a sense of openness throughout the property, with large terraces and outdoor spaces designed to make the most of the setting. Rather than competing with the landscape, the villa allows the views to take centre stage.<\/p>\n

It’s a style that works particularly well on Corfu’s west coast, where the scenery is dramatic and the sunsets are a highlight in their own right.<\/p>\n

The outdoor spaces are arguably the main attraction.<\/p>\n

The villa has approximately 200 sqm of terraces, providing plenty of room for sunbathing, outdoor dining, and relaxing throughout the day.<\/p>\n

At the centre of it all is the impressive 77 sqm infinity pool, with its overflow edge creating a beautiful visual connection with the sea below. There’s also a jacuzzi, adding another way to unwind while enjoying the views.<\/p>\n

The surrounding garden and terraces make it easy to find a sunny spot or a quieter corner to relax in, whether you’re spending the afternoon by the pool or enjoying a drink as the light changes over the coastline.<\/p>\n

For me, this is the kind of villa where the outdoor spaces become the heart of the holiday.<\/p>\n

Direct Access to the Sea<\/h3>\n

One of Villa Feroula’s special features is its proximity to the water.<\/p>\n

A walk of approximately 300 metres takes you down to a small sandy bay below the property. It’s a lovely option for a morning swim or a quieter alternative to the larger beaches nearby.<\/p>\n

For a wider stretch of sand, Agios Gordios is also within reach, offering a more developed beach setting.<\/p>\n

The hillside location does mean that access to the sea involves a walk, so it’s worth keeping this in mind if travelling with very young children or anyone who prefers easy, level beach access.<\/p>\n

The Location | Pentati and Corfu’s Wild West Coast<\/h3>\n

Pentati is a traditional Corfiot village just south of Agios Gordios. It’s a quieter, more authentic corner of the island, with a relaxed atmosphere and beautiful views across the coastline.<\/p>\n

You’ll find a selection of local tavernas serving traditional Greek food, making it easy to enjoy a meal close to home without heading into a larger resort.<\/p>\n

Angela’s and Chris’s Place are among the established local favourites, while Fieroula is another restaurant worth considering.<\/p>\n

For everyday shopping, you’ll need to drive to a nearby village, and a rental car is essential for making the most of this location.<\/p>\n

The reward is a part of Corfu that feels less commercialised, with dramatic scenery, lovely beaches, and some of the island’s most memorable sunsets.<\/p>\n

The Practical Details<\/h3>\n

Villa Feroula offers full air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine, barbecue facilities, and private parking.<\/p>\n

Pool towels are provided, and the property also features a heated-pool facility, although the availability and any additional heating costs should be confirmed before booking.<\/p>\n

Housekeeping is provided weekly.<\/p>\n

Why I Love Villa Feroula<\/h3>\n

What stands out to me about Villa Feroula is its combination of contemporary architecture and an almost untouched natural setting.<\/p>\n

It’s a property for people who appreciate modern design but don’t necessarily want to be in the middle of a busy resort. The expansive infinity pool, the pine-covered hillside, and the direct access to the sea give it a particularly special atmosphere.<\/p>\n

It’s also an excellent option for a larger family or a group of friends who want plenty of space to spend time together, with five bedrooms and generous outdoor areas.<\/p>\n

The trade-off is that the location is relatively secluded, so you’ll need a car and should be happy to drive for shopping and some beach outings.<\/p>\n
