Part of the Pelagaios Villas collection, this beachfront property consists of two fully renovated neighbouring buildings, offering a lovely balance between shared holiday moments and individual privacy. Set within an expansive 2,200 sq.m. outdoor area, it’s a place where days can revolve around swimming, long lunches, time on the beach, and relaxed evenings together.<\/p>\n

What I particularly like about Villa Kirvas is the setup. Having two independent buildings makes it much easier for several families to holiday together while still enjoying their own living spaces.<\/p>\n

The Villa | Two Buildings, One Shared Holiday<\/h3>\n

Villa Kirvas is arranged across two separate buildings, making it especially suitable for two or three families travelling together or a larger group of friends.<\/p>\n

Building One<\/strong><\/p>\n

The upper floor features two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. On the ground floor, there’s an additional bedroom, a living room with two sofa beds, and a fully equipped kitchen.<\/p>\n

There’s also a separate WC with an exterior shower, which is particularly practical when spending most of the day outdoors.<\/p>\n

Building Two<\/strong><\/p>\n

The second building also has two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. Downstairs, you’ll find a living room with two sofa beds, a separate WC, and a kitchen.<\/p>\n

Both buildings are furnished in a simple, comfortable style, with an emphasis on functionality and a relaxed holiday atmosphere.<\/p>\n

The combination of separate kitchens and living areas is a real advantage for groups who want to spend time together without having to share every part of their daily routine.<\/p>\n

Outdoor Living | Space to Relax, Play and Dine<\/h3>\n

For me, the outdoor spaces are one of the strongest features of Villa Kirvas.<\/p>\n

The property offers a private swimming pool and a separate children’s pool, giving guests the choice between swimming, relaxing by the water, or letting younger family members enjoy their own dedicated pool.<\/p>\n

Pool heating is available on request, with at least one week’s notice and an additional daily charge.<\/p>\n

Around the pools, shaded terraces, comfortable sun loungers, and wooden decking create plenty of space to unwind. The natural grass garden adds to the relaxed atmosphere, while four verandas and three pergolas provide shaded areas throughout the property.<\/p>\n

There’s also a ping-pong table, a hammock, and several outdoor seating areas, making it easy for everyone to find their own favourite spot.<\/p>\n

The Beach | Just Three Metres from the Sea<\/h3>\n

The location is what really sets Villa Kirvas apart.<\/p>\n

The villa sits directly on a peaceful sandy and pebbled beach, with the sea just three metres away. Guests also have access to a private beach area with reserved sunbeds and umbrellas, so there’s no need to organise a trip elsewhere to enjoy a day by the water.<\/p>\n

Kayaks are available for guests who want to explore the coastline, while exterior showers with hot and cold water make it easy to rinse off after swimming.<\/p>\n

It’s an ideal setup for families with children, beach lovers, and anyone who prefers a holiday where the sea is always within easy reach.<\/p>\n

Outdoor Dining | Long Meals by the Sea<\/h3>\n

Villa Kirvas has been designed for guests who enjoy spending time outdoors.<\/p>\n

The BBQ area, set beneath a pergola, is perfect for preparing fresh local ingredients and enjoying relaxed meals together. Two outdoor dining tables provide plenty of space for group lunches and dinners, while the shaded terraces offer a comfortable place to sit throughout the day.<\/p>\n

I particularly like the idea of ending a beach day with a barbecue, with everyone gathered around the table and the sea just a few steps away.<\/p>\n

Comfort and Practical Amenities<\/h3>\n

Both buildings are equipped with kitchens featuring ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators with large freezer compartments, and espresso capsule machines, along with the utensils needed for everyday cooking.<\/p>\n

The bedrooms include quality mattresses and pillows, wardrobes, bedside tables, and dressing tables. Hairdryers, irons, and ironing boards are also provided.<\/p>\n

Other facilities include a 43-inch LED television, DVD player, washing machine, and private parking.<\/p>\n

Housekeeping is provided twice a week, including changes of towels and bed linen. Daily cleaning can also be arranged upon request.<\/p>\n

    For me, Villa Kirvas is particularly well suited to families or groups who want to spend most of their holiday outdoors, with the beach right in front of them and plenty of room for everyone.<\/p>\n

    The two-building layout is a real advantage when travelling with several families, while the separate children’s pool, protected playground, kayaks, and outdoor games provide plenty to keep younger guests entertained.<\/p>\n

    I also like that the property offers so many different places to relax, from shaded pergolas and garden seating to the private beach area and pool terraces.<\/p>\n
